"A New Year, A New Team, The Next Millennium"

Now that the "mouse" has been let out of the bag, where does this leave HOSA? At 62,347 members, HOSA is getting bigger and better. In the communications age, HOSA members can surf the HOSA Web Site, e-mail their HOSA officers, or simply call the toll free HOSA Headquarters telephone number. But behind all of the communication lies a new set of officers. This year's National Executive Council promises to be one of experience and outgoing personalities. From all over the United States, this group of talented individuals has prepared a year full of exciting and encouraging goals for you, our fellow HOSA members.

But serving as your National Officers means being part of a team, a team that consists of the seven of us and, especially, the 62,340 of YOU! S-CCESS can only be spelled with U! Take advantage of everything that HOSA offers you. We, your National Officers, are here to help you take advantage of HOSA, from competitive events to community server. But YOU have to take the initiative to go out and make a difference.

The 1998-1999 academic year will prove to be one of the best that HOSA has even seen, but its success can only be ensured with YOUR participation, support, and, most importantly, dedication. This is the last full academic year in the 1900s, so let's make it one to remember. At last year's NLC, we were able to "Wish upon a star." Let's go out and make those dreams come true for the next millennium! Good luck HOSA!
