To user Chapter Advisor Internet Services, you must logon to the system. Logon requires that you know your National Charter number for your chapter (a five digit number provided by National HOSA or your State Advisor) and your password. Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure you use the appropriate case when typing in the password.
