2009 Award Recipients

HOSA delegates spent the day in the Country Music Capital of the world in celebration of three days of hard work and competition. Nashville offered many exciting sightseeing opportunities including Music Row, the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, the Country Music Hall of Fame, Bicentennial Mall and the Parthenon, and the Nashville Shores water park.   With much to do and places to go, Nashville made for an appropriate conclusion to the 2009 National Leadership Conference. 

After a long day of adventures, delegates returned to the Opryland for the Grand Awards Session where the top ten candidates for each competitive event were recognized. The Postsecondary/Collegiate Grand Awards Session began at 4 p.m. and the awards session for secondary members began at 8 p.m. A special thanks to: Army ROTC Nursing, American Dental Assisting Association, National Athletic Trainers’ Association, and the United States Public Health Service.  Congratulations event champions!
