2013 Interns in the Office of the Surgeon General

HOSA-Future Health Professionals Announces
2013 Interns in the Office of the Surgeon General

HOSA—Future Health Professionals is pleased to announce, along with the Office of the Civilian Volunteer Medical Reserve Corps (OCVMRC) in the Office of the Surgeon General, the 2013 HOSA-OSG Interns.

Forty-six (46) applications were received for this very prestigious experience.  As always, the highly qualified applications for the limited number of spaces in this program made it extremely difficult to select just eleven of these stellar candidates.

The 2013 HOSA/OSG Interns are:
July 15-19, 2013
Member, Jaclyn Celaya, Arizona
Member, Justin Joseph, Nevada
Member, Taylor Readnower, Kentucky
Advisor, Wilma Lynne Clarke, Georgia
Advisor, Crystal Freeman, Alabama
August 5-9, 2013
Member, Sophia Lugo, Texas
Member, Davindra Persad, Florida
Member, Jenna Wild, Arizona
Advisor, Lisa Cranford, Texas
Advisor, Helen Mills, Florida
National Officer, Nae Won, North Carolina

Because there were such excellent applicants, we do hope those that applied and whose names are not listed above will make plans to apply again in 2014.

The 2013 HOSA-OSG Interns will be contacted under separate email with additional internship details.

A special thanks to CAPT Robert Tosatto and his team for their professionalism and untiring support of HOSA!
