The Goodheart-Willcox Outstanding Service Awards recognize three local HOSA chapter advisors, one from each HOSA region who have made exceptional contributions of local, regional, state and national significance to the promotion, development, and progress of HOSA-Future Health Professionals.
The award sponsor, one of HOSA’s elite sponsors, Goodheart-Willcox Publisher strongly believes in the HOSA mission and is honored to partner with HOSA in educating and training today’s young people to be tomorrow’s health professionals. Goodheart-Willcox financially supports this recognition program to thank chapter advisors for sharing their talents and leadership with thousands of HOSA members. HOSA is appreciative to Goodheart-Willcox for their sponsorship of the Outstanding Service Awards program.
On June 24, at the HOSA’s 2020 International Leadership Conference Virtual Opening Session, cash awards of $2,000 and acknowledgement plaques were presented to three deserving local advisors. These advisors have careers marked by actions that encourage members to fully respond to HOSA opportunities and benefits. Their contributions go above and beyond to promote HOSA-Future Health Professionals to students interested in health careers, to their schools and to their communities. Cumulatively these advisors have committed 52 years of service as local chapter advisors.
